I would not recommend staying here. Based on my experience, the plumbing in this apartment building has been a serious and ongoing problem. My flat was flooded three or four times due to severe leaks, which caused a lot of stress and disruption, yet I received no proper compensation or effective solution. The issue does not seem to be limited to my flat. During my stay, there was also a major leak in the building, which made me seriously concerned about the overall maintenance and safety of the property. In addition, some interactions with the reception staff made me feel uncomfortable, and at times I felt I was treated unfairly. Overall, my experience living here was very disappointing. The plumbing problems are serious, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing to stay here.

1 / 2Stratford holds both purpose-built studios and rooms in shared flats, which is why the gap between the cheapest and the dearest is so large here. The Elizabeth line reaches Tottenham Court Road in about fifteen minutes, so this is a serious option for UCL and SOAS despite how it looks on a map, and QMUL is three stops away.
