We arrived very early in the morning around 4am and the security team was so welcoming, especially Rumi, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. As the studio wasn’t ready, the team kindly accommodated us for the first night. The next morning, Cindy at reception was incredibly kind and organised, making sure our studio was prioritised for cleaning, and Gloria did an excellent job. The small repairs were also handled very quickly by the professional and helpful Dariusz. Beautiful views, wonderful staff, and a special thank you to Deniss at Starbucks for starting every morning with a smile and a coffee. As a mother, I’m very happy and feel reassured leaving my daughter here
