Location is excellent as it’s very close to many universities in central London. The room was big compared to others. Hayder at reception was very friendly and helpful. However, maintenance was usually very slow. It would take a significantly long time after I sent a maintenance request for them to arrive.

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. I lived in AXO Oxford Circus for two years, 2019-2020 and 2021-2022. At the first time the lift was broken and wasn't fixed for two months. This year, 2/3 of dryer and 1/3 of washer was starting to break from February, and eventually, all of the three dryers were not working at all till September. I had to dry my wet laundry in my small room every time. AXO kept said that they will fix it, but they haven't really put anything into action. Even the two washers that were working were always dirty, not cleanly maintained. Expansive and irresponsible student accommodation.

I lived here for three years and my experience was really positive. The management team is excellent, responding quickly to maintenance requests, organising regular events for students and genuinely care about each of the resident. They also respect privacy while still providing support whenever needed, being attentive to each one of us. The rooms are very spacious and have everything I needed as a student living by myself. 💝

0/5 DON'T BOOK HERE!!! i booked a studio for 3 nights via Expedia, the pictures on the website looked ok and the reviews too. we received a basement full of mould, with a wet carpet and a terrible smell! after sleeping there for 1 night because we couldn't reach the property we were both sick because of the mould. all our stuff had the smell of this stank! because it is rented via different booking agencies, no one takes responsibility when you have a complaint. the concierge was a friendly guy but couldn't do much since he is not aware of which room is booked and when. the houserules are very strict that you are not allowed to take extra persons except the ones registered, and there was a korean guy sleeping in the hall while his friend who rented a room was having a good time with his girlfriend and he was kicked out in the hall. one month later and we are still awaiting our refunds! 3MONTHS LATER AND ALL PARTIES KEEP POINTING AT EACH OTHER, NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY AND REFUND IS STILL NOT PAID!!!!!!!

Absolutely love the property and the management. Feels like home and Haider has been very helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of London making it easy to access everything in the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a balance of convenience, comfort and value.

Marylebone is the calmest central address we cover and the selection is small. What is here runs from a room in a shared flat to a studio at the top of our range, with little in between. Baker Street and Bond Street put UCL, SOAS and Imperial inside twenty minutes. The high street is the draw, and Regent’s Park is at the end of it.

AXO Oxford Circus answers.

Can I book over the phone?

Yes, absolutely! You will receive detailed assistance with property selection and booking. For more information, feel free to get in touch with the Amber agent.

Can I view your rooms?

Yes, of course! You can arrange a time to come for a viewing here. One of their lovely site team members will be able to show you around.

Who is eligible to book with the management?

Any full time student can live with property. If you are unsure as to whether you quality please call them on the relevant reception number to discuss your situation.

If I am doing an internship / placement year, am I allowed to live in the property?

As long as you are still registered as a full time student and your placement is part of your degree/course then yes, you can still live with management during the academic year. Outside of the academic term, some of their properties are able to accommodate non-students and part time students on a short term basis so do get in touch if this is something you require.

Can I make special requests on my application such as living in an all-female flat?

Yes. On their online application you will find a section for additional information. In this section you can state any such special requests. Although they are not able to guarantee every request as it does depend on specific requests, the number of people making requests and the fact that they do not actually allocate rooms until a few weeks before tenancy start they do try their best to make sure as many requests as possible are met. However in the vast majority of cases, they are usually able to successfully accommodate requests such as same gender, postgraduate or undergraduate flats. Its a good idea to contact sites to discuss.

Are the room pictures on the website of the exact room I would receive?

The room pictures on the website are only indicative of the room type and not of the actual room you may be allocated. The reason for this is firstly they have so many rooms across the country, that it is not possible to put an image of every single room. Secondly, they receive many room preference requests from students i.e. female only, postgraduates only etc that they must wait until close to check in to allocate an exact room to make sure they do their best to meet resident requests. However you will of course be allocated the room type you have selected.

Will I get a chance to meet new people and make friends at property?

Yes, definitely! They run an extensive events calendar across all their sites. An aim of this program is to allow residents to meet each other and make new friends.

What is your insurance policy?

By partnering with Endsleigh, the No.1 student insurance provider, they’ve arranged contents insurance for all their students staying with them for free! It is important all students confirm their cover to ensure you understand what is and isn’t covered.

Which bills are included?

All your energy, water and insurance costs are included in the rent making it easier to budget and your student loan can go further! Dont forget to check out whether you will need a TV Licence at https://www.tvlicensing.co.uk as the management do not cover this.

Is there parking provided?

Unfortunately, they are not able to provide parking at their sites. However, there are on street and off streat options available near all of their sites.

What is the number of devices that can be connected to the wifi?

The Wi-Fi network has a limit on the number of different wireless devices that can be registered on the network. The number is devices residents can connect is 3.

What resources and documents will I need during my stay?

Contact the sales agent to know the resources and documents you will need in advance of and during your stay.
