Ask me anything about the residences we list. Rates, room types, what a building includes, how far it is to your campus.
They can only offer accommodation to full-time students. Prior to your arrival they will require proof of student status.
Can I book if I'm under 18?
Students under the age of 18 must rent a room through a guardian and cannot rent a room on their own. Most underage students choose to stay with a host family or in an accredited student residence. Please contact their property team for more information.
Is it possible to book a room with only a conditional university offer?
Yes, this is what a lot of students do. If you do not get accepted by your chosen University, please contact the property team to discuss what options are available.
Can I choose my room?
They take booking preferences very seriously and take great pride in being able to accommodate these in most cases. There is a preference box on the booking form which allows the student to put any preferences they might have, for example, friends they wish to live with, location of room within the building, same-sex cluster flats. They always do their best to accommodate these preferences, if for whatever reason they can't fulfil them they will always try to achieve one or two and notify the student if they aren't possible.

Rooms
Choose your room.
Each tier has its own rate. Every room has the run of the building’s shared spaces.
The accommodation is going through a refurbishment due to which they require access to our rooms.Last week windows were being replaced in my flat and they asked me to leave my room for a few house(which is obviously a bit problematic) but when i came back some of my valuables were missing from my room.
It's a shitty place, dirty and poorly managed. Actually there's no management on site. Fire alarm usually is on for hours for no obvious reasons. Don't live here
