I’ve had a very positive experience living here. One of the best things is how quickly maintenance requests are handled. If I submit a request in the evening and the following day is a working day, a member of staff will usually come to fix the issue very promptly. The reception team are also exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Darren, who always provides excellent service. The location is very convenient for students. I study at UCL, and there is a bus stop right outside the building with easy connections to the university. It is even more convenient for students at the nearby UAL campus, which is only about a five or six-minute walk away. Finally, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Although the building is right next to the railway tracks, I cannot hear the trains at all once the windows are closed. If you are currently considering accommodation, I would highly recommend living here！ 10/10！ 我对伦敦没什么感情 但是我真的真的很喜欢这个宿舍 夯！ 推荐！

1 / 2If you are at UAL this is the obvious place to look, and the walk to the Granary Building is short enough that you will do it in the rain without thinking about it. King’s Cross St Pancras carries six Underground lines plus the Thameslink, which makes it the easiest address here to get anywhere from. Coal Drops Yard and the canal are the reason people stay on after they graduate.
