A Perfect Home Away from Home in London! I spent nine wonderful days here, and I feel so lucky to have found such a high-value sanctuary in the heart of London. Location & Facilities: The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, and the underground station. As this is a student residence, the rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with a large desk and reading lamp, which was perfect for me. The facilities are excellent; there are plenty of bathrooms and showers on each floor, so there was never any waiting. I also really appreciated the shared kitchen, which was fully equipped and allowed me to cook comfortably during my stay. The entire property is spotlessly clean, with staff tidying up every single day. Exceptional Service: What touched me the most, however, was the service—especially from Roxana at reception. On my first day, she was incredibly welcoming and even helped me carry my heavy luggage to my room. Roxana is so friendly and easy to talk to. When I asked if I could borrow a hairdryer, she went above and beyond and had a brand-new one ready for me by the next day! Every member of the staff I encountered was helpful and kind, making my stay feel truly comfortable and warm. This place truly felt like my home in London. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, and I really hope I can stay here again on my next trip. A huge thank you to Roxana and the entire team—you are all amazing!
