Approx 70% of their apartments are furnished, and approx 30% come unfurnished. Guarantors are required to provide identification, proof of address and go through referencing, just like you would. Guarantors need to give proof of an individual income of 3.5x the annual rent and be based in the UK. They only accept one guarantor per apartment.
