I lived in this place for two months. They offer student rooms at a decent price given the central location in London, and the shared facilities (small gym, laundry, common room) are convenient. The staff is very professional and helpful, special thanks to Pasang. Would stay here again !

Stayed here for a few days while visiting London. Staff are nice and there 24/7 and the location is pretty good (close to Farringdon station, near a local supermarket, close enough to places to eat, bus stations…), but I don’t think it was worth the price I paid (290€ for 3 nights through AirBnB). The small room was not the cleanest; the chair had food crumbs on it, found a candy wrapper on the floor, and there were stinky socks in one of the wardrobes. In general there was a weird smell coming into the room…

We reserved 1+ month before our trip, they cancelled pur reservation 3 days before our arrival through a booking message that we casually saw. Not a single call, email or any tyoe of support, if we would've not seen the message our trip would've been ruined, so disappointing and unprofessional 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I had a fantastic time living here as a student for a year! It was quiet and pleasant. I always felt safe and any issues were immediately addressed by the maintenance staff. It’s an excellent location for students of unis in the area. The downside it is it’s quite expensive for a small space. But I found the price worth it because of the location, quietness, 24/7 front desk staff, and utilities included (which includes air con - yes, air con!). All in all, I had a very positive experience here and I would absolutely live here again.

It is not worth the rent. To be fair, the location was generally convenient and very safe. The Wifi was fast, and the shower water was hot enough. The maintenance staff was definitely the best, always supportive, friendly, and helpful. The biggest issue for me was that it was not clean at all. On my move-in day, there were food crumbs on my chair, hair on the mattress, dirty corners, a bathroom extractor fan with fuzzy growths that I am not quite sure what they are, etc. I am not sure if anyone actually cleaned my room before I moved in. The bathroom was also extremely small and basically a built-in unit with a very shallow sink. I don't understand why this place has received so many positive reviews everywhere, just do yourself a favor and be aware of these issues.

If you are at UAL this is the obvious place to look, and the walk to the Granary Building is short enough that you will do it in the rain without thinking about it. King’s Cross St Pancras carries six Underground lines plus the Thameslink, which makes it the easiest address here to get anywhere from. Coal Drops Yard and the canal are the reason people stay on after they graduate.

You should book well in advance to avoid disappointment. We do accept late bookings, however, this is based on availability which may be limited. Most accommodations have great offers which can be availed by early booking, we suggest booking your ideal accommodation as soon as possible!
