I have had a wonderful experience staying at Ark Canary Wharf over the past month, and I would particularly like to appreciate Anshul at the reception for his professionalism, friendliness, and helpful nature. He has always been welcoming, approachable, and attentive, making the overall living experience comfortable and pleasant. The reception team has contributed positively to creating a warm and welcoming environment, and Anshul deserves special recognition for the way he interacts with residents and ensures they feel supported. His courteous attitude and willingness to help reflect excellent customer service. Overall, my first month at Ark Canary Wharf has been a very positive experience. The accommodation, welcoming atmosphere, and helpful reception service have made settling into London much easier and more enjoyable. I am genuinely pleased with my experience so far and look forward to many more comfortable and joyful experiences at Ark Canary Wharf. Thank you, Anshul, and the entire Ark Canary Wharf team, for making residents feel welcome and at home!

I had a really good experience staying at The Ark in Canary Wharf, London. The rooms are very clean, the amenities are excellent, and the overall building feels well maintained, with great quality. A special mention to the reception team, Amay, Anshul, and Pavani. They are genuinely sweet, welcoming, and always ready to help. They’re some of the most approachable and friendliest reception staff I’ve come across. The only small downside is the room size, which can feel a bit tight, and housekeeping frequency for long stays. Cleaning once a week would feel more comfortable, rather than just twice over two weeks. Overall, great quality and especially great staff, definitely recommend.

I stayed at Ark Canary Wharf for two nights recently and overall really enjoyed my stay. One thing I would have appreciated knowing before booking is that the building also operates as a co-living/student accommodation space, which wasn’t clear to me at the time. This didn’t impact my stay too much, although when I went to use the pool there were around 10 young couples hanging out and making out around the pool area, which made me feel a little uncomfortable and ultimately meant I decided not to swim. I also found the room itself a little strangely equipped, particularly given that the property is partly an apartment/co-living building. Aside from two cups and two spoons, there was no kitchenware provided - no knives, forks, plates or glasses. I wasn’t expecting a fully equipped kitchen by any means, but a few basic items would have made the room much more practical. The other downside was the lack of air conditioning. I understand this is fairly common in the UK and Europe, but the rooms are quite small and the window only opens slightly, so my room became extremely hot and uncomfortable. I mentioned this to reception and they were incredibly helpful, offering to potentially move me to another room with better airflow the following day, which I really appreciated. The staff were definitely a highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was so lovely, helpful and welcoming. Overall, I had a good experience and would happily recommend Ark, just with those couple of things to be aware of when booking

Hmmm it’d be good, but the worst thing is the temperatures. It’s a really good location, easy transport and kept nice and clean mostly. Great facilities with communal rooms, office, big kitchen and pool and spa. Staff pretty friendly and helpful too. But the big problem is the temperatures. I don’t understand why they can’t keep the rooms and the pools at comfortable auror, even enjoyabletemperatures I’m a long-term guest and keep complaining like many other guests I talk to. I don’t understand why they can’t hit the room and full temperatures good for use. It’s not surely not that difficult. Most other hotels I’ve stayed at don’t have these issues. Tom, the Spa pool has been very coldsince last Wednesday when I’ve been complaining about it, but they haven’t done anything about it so no one’s using it since then very much at all Communal rooms are kept freezing with Aircon even though I keep complaining and telling them so no one‘s working in those rooms because it’s so bloody cold, you can’t sit there for too long The bedrooms are pretty tiny but ok except. Kinda good if you’re a wheelchair user but accessibility means apparently you will never have a partner because you’re disabled you just have a single bed and no useful things like handles that you can use to close the WC doors in the communal areas… Could be so much better!
